About Patricia

Patricia Thoma is a dedicated Closing Agent with a strong background in the real estate lending industry. Beginning her career in consumer lending in 2012, Patricia transitioned to real estate lending as a Mortgage Loan Originator in 2016, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role at RealClear Settlement.

Patricia is enthusiastic about assisting clients in achieving their real estate goals and is eager to contribute to the company’s growth potential. Her role involves processing files, clearing title issues, closing files, and ensuring the entire process runs smoothly, showcasing her ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Patricia’s motivation and love for staying busy are key strengths that enable her to excel in her position. Her multitasking skills ensure she can juggle various responsibilities while keeping files moving seamlessly.

Outside of work, Patricia is a devoted mother of three young children, an avid Green Bay Packers fan, and enjoys staying active through exercise. Patricia is passionate about her role at RealClear Settlement and looks forward to the exciting milestones ahead.

RealClear Guarantee

*Upon execution of the Closing and Services Contract, the seller or buyer agree to allow RealClear Settlement to perform duties as a closing agent or transaction closer only.  In the event that the closing gets delayed or there is an error in the accuracy of the documentation and/or closing statement due to the fault of RealClear Settlement that results in a loss or damages, RealClear Settlement will refund the seller or buyer the exact amount of the closing fee if the closing has already taken place or will complete the remainder of their services for free if the closing has not taken place.  If the closing or documents get delayed or inaccurate information is provided due to matters that are outside of RealClear Settlement’s control, it is understood that all fees, terms and conditions from the original contract will remain intact.
