Cherryl Kennedy is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background in the real estate industry. With a long-standing career of 40 years, she has served as a Legal Secretary in Toronto, worked for the City Attorney in Bullhead City, AZ, and held various roles such as abstractor, mortgage closer, licensed real estate agent, and real estate assistant.
Cherryl’s expertise extends to FSBO (For Sale By Owner) transactions, making her a specialist in this area. She brings a diverse skill set and valuable knowledge to her role as a Transaction Coordinator at RealClear Settlement. Her unique perspective, derived from her previous roles, allows her to understand and meet the needs of agents promptly and efficiently.
Joining RealClear Settlement in May 2023, Cherryl is excited about the company’s advanced technology, additional services, and the outstanding team. She looks forward to contributing to future projects and milestones.
Outside of work, Cherryl’s passion is boating, providing her with a well-deserved escape and relaxation.
*Upon execution of the Closing and Services Contract, the seller or buyer agree to allow RealClear Settlement to perform duties as a closing agent or transaction closer only. In the event that the closing gets delayed or there is an error in the accuracy of the documentation and/or closing statement due to the fault of RealClear Settlement that results in a loss or damages, RealClear Settlement will refund the seller or buyer the exact amount of the closing fee if the closing has already taken place or will complete the remainder of their services for free if the closing has not taken place. If the closing or documents get delayed or inaccurate information is provided due to matters that are outside of RealClear Settlement’s control, it is understood that all fees, terms and conditions from the original contract will remain intact.
